-Based in Hungary but work all around Europe-

We start the design and construction process of each of our buildings by defining the functions that the building must fulfil. The first step is to get the plans ready and the necessary permits. Then comes the foundations. We usually build our houses with a bolted foundation, but if the Local Building Regulations or the stability of the ground requires it, we use concrete foundations to support our buildings

We will build a beam foundation on top of the ground bolts and then we will build the floor. On top of the floorplate we build our walls, which are made of 5x15cm pine timber. Our roof and slab structure is built using 20x5cm pine timber. Our vertical walls are covered with OSB on the outside walls

Once the walls are in place, we fill in the gaps between the plank frame with fibre insulation, and on the outside we place our external insulation on top of the OSB covering, sandwiched between a wood frame

Once the insulation is in place, we are ready to install the mechanical/electrical system and fix the heat reflector foil

As the insulation and foiling is finished, the windows and doors are installed

The vapour permeable film is applied from the outside

Inside, we create the interior wall covering

We paint, we polishing the parquet and we finish the bathrooms

Outside we are doing the roofing and external cladding installation

And we are done

Unfortunately, in reality this is not as fast, but it is certainly faster than for brick houses. Depending on the floor area, we can build a house to turnkey in 4-10 months
